Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer Standard, Expedited, and Express shipping options at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (domestic).

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (domestic).

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on location.

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after carrier delivery confirmation.

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly with tracking information for claims.

RETURNS

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Final sale items (e.g., clearance, promotional items, undergarments) are non-returnable. Contact us at houndscs@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges are processed as a return + new order. Once we receive your return, you can place a new order for the desired item. If you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a prepaid return label or replacement at no additional cost. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of California (or your business state).
